HIGHLIGHTS

👩🏻‍🏫 Interviewed 15+ Industry Experts

I conducted in-person and online interviews with 15+ experts from related fields, including XR hardware, XR software, XR investment, and consumer marketing.

👩🏻‍💻 Participated in C-Suite Level Meetings

I participated in many meetings among CEO, CFO, and Directors, focusing on creating a 5-year roadmap for the company. I assisted in taking meeting minutes, creating roadmap and presentation materials.

✍️ Enhanced Report Writing Skills

I helped write many reports and creating presentation deck, for internal and external audience. I learned that the structure, content and diction should always target intended audience.

🛠️ Optimized Project Business Processes

I assisted in optimizing SAAS project business processes. We interviewed internal stakeholders such as tech and financial directors and project managers to understand pain points. The final deliverable was a systematic business process document to be shared with future project teams.

🙌 Be Supportive

I am very grateful to have Kevin Wang as my internship mentor. He offered to dedicate time and effort and leverage personal network to support my growth. I will for sure carry this mentorship spirit.

♟ A Few Strategies I Learned

1) Think of ways to productize customized projects, with the purpose to increase margin and save cost.

2) Similarly, standardize business process when valuable for individuals, teams, and companies can largely increase efficiency, while avoid excessive rigor.

3) A company’s short term (profit-driven) and long term (development-driven) strategies are at a dynamic balance with each other ideally.
